The Colorado Woman to Woman conference hopes to bridge the gap between AA and Al-Anon women by sharing together in meetings and providing a safe setting for sharing by applying the joint principle of anonymity. Everything in the Conference and between those participating should be held in the strictest confidence.

Price is per person, and includes registration, lodging, and meals.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of registration. This confirms that you have a room saved for you at the conference. You will not have an assigned room yet. Your registration will be sent to our registration committee and they will be assigning rooms.  

Trail West is a Young Life camp, the room structures are a combination of queen, bunk, and Murphy beds.  We have a limited number of smaller rooms;  2-3 people per room. We will do our best to accommodate your request.  Please keep in mind we have 175 women to lodge.  Because this conference is indoors and most rooms must be shared, it takes quite a bit of arranging to accommodate the number of women we can host. 

Our Registration Committee makes every effort to group you with your indicated roommates.  Please enter the names of your roommates on the registration form to assist with this process. We will assign your room once all roommates are registered. You will receive your room assignment upon check in on the first day of the conference.

Also each year, we have several new single attendees who are looking for roommates.  We may contact you to help us accommodate rooming arrangements and we appreciate your flexibility.

Hospitality

Because everyone needs a snack once in a while, please bring a food donation for our hospitality table. There is no need for items to be individually wrapped.

​Refund Policy

Registering for the 2024 W2W Conference is, in part, a commitment to supporting the long-term survival of Colorado W2W as our annual budget allows only a prudent reserve after all expenses. Therefore:

• There are no refunds if you cancel following registration. 
• When we process wait list registrations, we may refund your registration fee if a participant from the waiting list moves into your reserved spot. This determination is made on a case-by-case basis. Participants may opt to donate all or part of the registration fee.
